Contact usIs there a trial period?
Yes, 7 days free. You explore all of Oslaw, with no card and no commitment. If it doesn't suit you, you pay nothing.
Am I tied in for a fixed term?
Never. Oslaw comes with no commitment: you pay monthly and you cancel whenever you want, in one click. No annual contract, no notice period, no exit fee. We would rather keep you because you like the tool than because a contract forces you to.
Can I change plan or add users at any time?
Yes, both ways and at any moment. You move from Standard to Pro (or back) whenever you like, and the change takes effect immediately. You can add or remove users on the fly: a trainee or an associate joins? You create their access in one click. Billing follows pro rata — you only pay for the time actually used. Extra help present for two months only costs you two months; as soon as they leave, you remove their access and billing stops.
Where is my data hosted?
In France, exclusively. Your data is spread across two geographically separate servers: if one goes down (outage, fire, disaster) the other takes over and nothing is lost. Sovereignty and continuity, by design.
Do I have to migrate my documents to Oslaw?
No. Oslaw connects to the document management systems you already use. Your files stay where they live — we federate them, we don't move them.
Can I bring in my data from another piece of software?
Yes, the migration is turnkey. We import your matters, contacts and history from your previous tool, without you having to re-enter anything.
How do I retrieve my data if I leave Oslaw?
At any time, you export all of your data (GDPR portability). And your documents are already with you.
Am I locked into the Oslaw ecosystem?
Never. It is the opposite of a closed system: Oslaw is the interface that orchestrates your tools, the ones you already chose. You plug in what you want, you unplug when you want, and your data stays with you. You keep control, at every moment.
Do the integrations cost extra?
The connector system is entirely free, from Standard onwards. Oslaw is an open interface: you plug in the tools you want, at no extra cost on the Oslaw side. That said, if the software you connect requires its own subscription (a third-party service through its API, for instance), that subscription remains yours to pay; it does not depend on Oslaw.
